This motel looked lovely, nice and we were eager to stay there even though it was out of our way.
One elevator with a very dirty floor and the walk way to and from were dirty with food around on the floor. The carpet was filthy in the room, and it just seemed to have no care any where. The bedding was old and had holes in the spread. This was a NO FRILLS inside. Out side was lovely so don't judge a book by its cover....would not stay there or suggest anyone else to go.
We were overcharged. When we asked why, we were told because they decided to upgrade us from a double bed to a double queen. We reserved a double bed... We were "upgraded" without our knowledge. And the pictures on the website didn't match the rooms at all. The pics on the website are why we decided to reserve a night with them. In person the place was very disappointing, and staff was very rude. House keeping let themselves into our room, 2 hours before it was check out time, didn't knock or anything just came in looked at us and closed the door. Didn't even apologize to us. I do not recomend this place at all!
Easy booking, great staff, clean room, comfortable stay.
TV could have been updated, most channels were too fuzzy to watch.
Towels to skimpy
It was comfortable and worked for the time I needed to be in town. Convenient for anyone who needed to see me as well.
The room could have been a little more cleaner. I did find a toothpick under the ac unit when I laid on the bed. Housekeepers need to be sure to look under things as well. And the shower curtains can certainly be cleaned as well. As there was orange on the bottom of the shower curtain which shows it needs cleaned. Overall was a good stay.
The young lady that help me at the counter did not do her job well. Ran my credit card 3 times after telling her not to run that certain card, did not check my ID for it either. Billed me $300 that caused a financial hardship for a week. That staff member should have been fired.
There was nothing we liked. It was only thing on Booked.net that would work for us at last moment while traveling with elderly parent. Looked like a lot of illegal activity. Dog feces all over sidewalks
Lied about bed size. Filthy. Lots of people hanging outside. Staff kept my license and I didn't notice till arriving in Washington. They refused to send to me. No ID meant couldn't get hotels rest of trip or visit family member in hospital. Very rude when I called them. Had to drive back to get it on way home to California.
Everything was very dirty stunk filthy! Floor was so gross I wear my shoes the whole time. It stunk like smoke and it was a non smoking room!
Nothing. Booked it because nothing else was available at the time. Booked for 3 nights, and left after 1 night when we located another place to stay.
Dirty. Low quality of long-term scary occupants. Did not feel safe. Sleazy atmosphere. Will lose confidence in Booked.net if I end up with another property like this.
It's in a safe area close to shopping. The property is well maintained on the outside but the inside is very econo-looking.
it's a glorified motel. No bed-changes,no breakfast, no computer room. It's not a hotel, it's just a place to sleep with a mini kitchen. You have to walk your towels downstairs to exchange for new ones. No cable TV.
Not much to like
Pillows smelled like smoke and stale. Lights in both lamps didn't work. Stark bland room, but only $60.
Fully $50 cheaper than next cheapest available room. Had a kitchennete, sorta.
No shampoo/conditioner. Counter was scorched with an iron or something. Door was written, "You owe me $75!" Just weird.
Love the location, close to everything.
They have went way downhill since I was there 2 years ago. No pots, pans, dishes, silverware or hangars. It used to be stocked fully with everything advertised for an extended stay. I was not as happy as I have always been there. But, I had neighbors that were playing music loudly at 4 A.M. they immediately found me another room.
The price was awesome!!
Room was stained and dirty, bed was hard as a rock, tv was dated, cable so so.
I payed 3 nights.I was not going to stay the last night, so they gave my money back. There was a small market across the street.
There was no ice machine or vending machines. No coffee offered or no way to make it myself.Freezer part of refrigerator did not work.Nothing to use to microwave water. No TV remote. No hangars to hang clothes. It was a room with a bed, TV, microwave and refrigerator.
